In 2006 I completed my B.S. in Cognitive Science, with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction at the University of California, San Diego.
After finishing my degree, I worked for two and a half years managing the development of web applications for the National Park Service in San Francisco. When I started there they were using one of these, and when I left they were using this.
In 2008 I moved to Washington, DC to work as the Web Coordinator for a non-profit called RESULTS. Since then I have rebuilt three of their websites (1 . 2 . 3), and have lead the planning and implemention of organization-wide strategies to increase web presence and grow online effectiveness.
Recently some fellow UCSD alumns and myself have decided to work together to make the web a better place, and thus started Perspective Software.
